VA LOANS

VA loans are guaranteed by the Department of Veteran's Affairs in order to limit a lender's possible loss. A VA mortgage loan can be made to qualified veterans on approved property, governed by their guidelines.

A VA home loan is another zero down  mortgage. The loan amount is 100% of the sales price of your new home, plus the VA home loan funding fee—the loan amount is slightly higher than the price of the home! Loan costs can come from a gift, another secured loan, a retirement fund, an investment or 401K, much like an FHA loan. In most cases, the seller will pay your closing costs and pre-paids.

Perfect credit is not required to qualify, but you need to provide an original Certificate of Eligibility and a copy of DD-214.
